Practice doesn’t happen in a straight line.

You miss a week

Sick, travel, exams. Your totals don’t reset and your records don’t expire. Pick up where you left off.

Your time gets worse before it gets better

Fixing technique usually costs speed first. Both are on the chart, so a slower week reads as work rather than failure.

You plateau on one kick and jump on another

Records are tracked per move, so progress somewhere doesn’t hide a stall elsewhere — and a stall doesn’t hide progress.

One side lags the other

Almost everyone’s weaker side falls behind. Left and right are counted separately, so you can see the gap instead of assuming it isn’t there.

Why we built this

Copy pending — training half of the founder story, ~80 words. Chasing PR times and watching reps accumulate; motivation came from progress being visible and countable.
